Silken means “silky”, the translation of the Japanese term that refers to the texture of this type of tofu, “soft” or “silky”.
Our Bio Silken Tofu is made directly from the best organic soya bean. It’s as natural as it is healthy with a high content of 100% vegetable protein and it’s also low-fat.

Its soft and delicate texture is similar to fresh cheese, in fact, it can be eaten as a substitute for traditional fresh cheese with honey, nuts, jam, etc.

Also for making soups, salads, sauces, desserts and many other recipes.

Perfect as a protein source in vegetarian diets.
